Filled in my law question in detail. I gave my Credit Card Info as was requested. I found it odd that yhey were going to take five dollars of the 42 requested and that I would have the option to pay the rest if I was satisfied with the answer.The website stated that the numbers were wrong for my credit card that I have been using for a ton of years, Thank God for that or I would have gotten into... Asked question about navigation system map DVD player in 2010 land cruiser. Answer received was about entertainment system DVD player in 2010 land cruiser. they wrongfully terminated my account and would not re register me until I had re entered my bank details and I then found the monthly charge was increased by four times and without my authorisation took out £30.49 and won't answer any of my emails , I had to phone my bank to make sure this doesn't continue. It is a crooked organisation that relies on people being unable to do much about... Read more

this company is *** and their 100% satisfaction guarantee is ***. they charged me even though i was 100% UNSATISFIED. We asked for help in November 2011 on one issue regarding a visa for a colleague, the answer was what we already knew but paid anyway They then took payments for a further 2 years from my card without my knowledge (goes to our accounts department and nobody aked me what it was until just before Christmas 2013 what this was for) I called the credit card company they put me through to Just Answer... DO NOT use this site it's a *** PLUS they will steal from you once they have your card/bank details. I watched as their mod changed her name – logged off as mod, logged on as ‘expert’ – she forgot to alter her status from ‘mod’ to ‘expert’ silly cow, plus the timing was pretty obvious anyway. On July 29,2013 I asked a question about wrongful termination. I was charged $34.00 for this service. The "answer" I got was a joke. Today August 5, 2013 my account was hit for another $34.00. There is no way to contact these people to find out how to stop this charge from going on for the rest of my life. Everyone should exercise great caution when dealing with this outfit. On 28th June 2013 I asked an auto diagnostic question regarding my SAAB 93 For an in depth reply I was asked to supply my credit card details.
