Who are these people? Just looked at my bank account and have £30 gone from my account by JUSTANSWER but tbh don't even remember asking them a question on what ever about what ever and how the *** did they get my bank details because I'm really funny who I give them out to. I'm so pissed off and am gonna ring my bank tomorrow and try to get hold of these JUSTANSWER people Add comment

Pay a deposit of £3 and if you are happy with the answer you will pay another £10 . We work on the honour system blah blah blah . REALLY ??? Then why did they try to take all the money without answering the question huh????? Filled in my law question in detail. I gave my Credit Card Info as was requested. I found it odd that yhey were going to take five dollars of the 42 requested and that I would have the option to pay the rest if I was satisfied with the answer.The website stated that the numbers were wrong for my credit card that I have been using for a ton of years, Thank God for that or I would have gotten into... they wrongfully terminated my account and would not re register me until I had re entered my bank details and I then found the monthly charge was increased by four times and without my authorisation took out £30.49 and won't answer any of my emails , I had to phone my bank to make sure this doesn't continue. this company is *** and their 100% satisfaction guarantee is ***. they charged me even though i was 100% UNSATISFIED. We asked for help in November 2011 on one issue regarding a visa for a colleague, the answer was what we already knew but paid anyway They then took payments for a further 2 years from my card without my knowledge (goes to our accounts department and nobody aked me what it was until just before Christmas 2013 what this was for) I called the credit card company they put me through to Just Answer...
