I asked a question of just answer in January 2011. I live in Australia. The charge was $A46. The money was taken from my credit card but I never received an answer to the question.

What is worse is that every month since January 2011 Just Answer has taken $A46 dollars per month from my credit card. So far that amounts to $276. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions with no response.

This is definitely a scam of the highest order, not to mention FRAUD. Ironically the expert asked was a LAWYER.

If anyone reading this can help me solve this and get my money back I will be very grateful.

I asked a question regarding a company that I thought may not be legal. When I realised I would charged to continue to legal advice I declined and cancelled my request. At no time did I agree to a membership nor did I receive an answer to my question.

Listed as Computer Network and IT services. Number listed as 180072**** CA USA. I have no idea who this is. I am a 78 year old pensioner.

JustAnwer is a crook. I asked them one question in July 2012 and paid them $37 by Amex. That was a one time deal. But JustAnswer continued to charge to my Amex in August and September for $58 each until I discovered the fraudulent charges today, 10/2/12.

I contacte Amex,thanks to Amex, they reveresed the charges.

I don't understand why American judicial agencies allow JustAnwer's massive stealing ways to continue. An average citizen would go to jail for 3 months in California, if he is caught stealing $10.

I'm a JustAnswer rep and I've been working with them for a couple of years now. First of all, their EXPERTS are VERIFIED by third-party analysts and has a high rating on BBB(Better Business Bureau).

Secondly, the customer's CREDITCARD info always come from themselves when they go to the website and post their question. Lastly, if you have concerns about your bills you just have to call their customer support and they CAN PROCESS FULL REFUND FOR ANY AMOUNT THAT WAS CHARGED ON YOUR ACCOUNT. One more thing, most of the callers claim that they have'nt used the services when they have.

So I suggest before calling a company a SCAM you should CHECK what you did first. I strongly recommend that you should read the policy and agreement first before you click and cry.

This cannot continue. I visited the site only once, I was given the option of paying $5, initially to gain access to gain access to part of the services so I allowed $5 to be deducted from my card.

The money was not deducted immediately but after two weeks $14 was deducted from my account instead of $5. After the $14 was deducted, I wasn't connected to any immigration lawyer. In my mind, I know that responsible organisations will never behave this way. As if that was not enough, early this morning they deducted another $14 from my account which I never authorised.

Since that time, I have never been to the site, talk less of attempting to ask further questions from the site, yet they continue to deduct my money. Please I need someone to advise me on how to retrieve my money back.

i contacted Just Answers at (888) 862-**** (press 4 if you want to reach the billing department) this morning. I had four $59.00 charges for a "subscription" that I had no idea of.

Anyway, the wait was lengthy, but not unbearable. After I was connected with a representative, I was off the phone in five minutes. They reversed the charges, apologized for the inconvenience, and even offered me a month free, though I wisely declined and had them remove all of my informatino from their system.

I was expecting a phone arguement this morning, instead I recieved serenity. So give them a call if you're having issues, they worked with me, can't see why they wouldn't do the same for you!

From Australia. I have been charged 5 monthly charges of $46 for what was supposed to be one charge for one answer.

I have been unable to log back onto the company via website or contact them by phone.

I will be contacting my bank tomorrow. Massive scam.

How do you know these experts are who they say they are? You don't.Just because they say they are an expert doesn't mean they are.You can say anything on the internet. Without anyway to check out this so called "expert," you only have his word on who he says he is,and when it comes to money people will lie.

Well, different people with different experiences. Something like this happened sometimes last year.

I got my money back through the company. I think if your user is corrupt/compromised by hackers you may have this type of problem.

Honestly, I am a user of the service from Australia. The service has saved me heaps.

Legal consultation start from $200.00 each. If you are not eligible to most services and you have to pay full fee for everything I think you will use chheaper services with good results.

I had a legitimate vet call in Aug2011 but also started to receive monthly charges on my credit card. I immediately contacted my bank but, unfortunately, had to change my credit card. My bank did refund my money though which was a plus.

I think you would be wise to let your credit card company handle it. AMEX credited my account because the same thing happened to me.

I don't understand how these crooks expect to continue to get away with this, do they think we won't notice?

I wish I had visited this site prior to deatling with them. Let's keep getting the word out.
